kusukmap.com is operated by 쿠숙반 (representative: 서재영, business registration no. 114-97-33815, 서울특별시 마포구 희우정로16길 51, 303호). Contact: mickey.seo@icloud.com · 010-8342-0520. It offers a magazine and map of local Seoul, events, and the student lounge for Syntax Bingo™, our English conversation class. Accounts are free and personal (one per person); you sign in with a one-time email code or link, or with Google — there is no password, so keep your email secure. Students take part under their real name. Paid items are sold at the price and on the conditions shown at purchase: US dollars through PayPal (we never see your card number) or Korean won through KakaoPay or bank transfer (confirmed once we see the money arrive). Event seats can be refunded or moved to another date by yourself until 5 pm (KST) 4 days before the date; after that there are no refunds (Korean E-Commerce Act art. 17(2) — resale becomes impossible as time passes). A class credit is the right to attend the number of classes stated at purchase; missing a booked class uses one credit, and a make-up in another class is a courtesy, not a guarantee. Your sentences and drawings stay yours and are shown to your classmates, because practising with each other's sentences is how the class works; the site's articles, videos and map content belong to kusukmap. Using someone else's account, collecting or publishing other participants' information, or interfering with the service may lead to restrictions. You can delete your account at any time (Account deletion). If these terms change, we update this page with the new date. Governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

1. 운영자

2. 서비스

kusukmap.com은 서울 로컬을 소개하는 매거진·지도와 행사, 그리고 영어 회화 수업 Syntax Bingo™의 수강생 라운지를 제공합니다. 회원 가입은 무료입니다. 유료 항목(행사 티켓·수강권·그 밖의 상품)은 구매 시점에 표시된 가격과 조건으로 판매합니다.

3. 계정

이메일로 받은 일회용 코드·링크 또는 Google 계정으로 로그인합니다. 비밀번호가 없으므로 이메일을 열 수 있는 사람은 로그인할 수 있습니다 — 이메일 계정을 안전하게 관리해 주세요. 계정은 한 사람이 하나를 씁니다. 수강생은 실명으로 수업에 참여합니다.

4. 결제

가격은 미국 달러(PayPal 결제) 또는 원화(카카오페이·계좌이체)로 표시됩니다. 카드 결제는 PayPal이 처리하며, 우리는 카드번호를 보거나 저장하지 않습니다. 카카오페이·계좌이체 구매는 입금이 확인되면 확정됩니다. 환불과 일정 변경은 구매 시 안내된 조건을 따릅니다. 행사 자리의 셀프 환불·날짜 변경은 회차 4일 전 17시까지 가능하며, 그 뒤에는 환불되지 않습니다(전자상거래법 제17조 제2항 — 시간 경과로 재판매가 곤란한 경우).

5. 수강권

수강권은 결제 시 안내된 횟수만큼 수업에 참여할 권리입니다. 약속한 회차에 오지 않으면 1회가 차감됩니다. 다른 반에서의 보충은 배려로 제공될 수 있으며 보장되는 권리는 아닙니다.

6. 콘텐츠

수업에서 쓴 문장과 그린 빙고판은 본인의 것입니다. 서로의 문장으로 연습하는 것이 수업 방식이므로 같은 반 수강생에게 보입니다. 사이트의 매거진 글·영상·지도 콘텐츠의 권리는 kusukmap에 있으며 허락 없이 복제·재배포할 수 없습니다.

7. 금지 행위

타인의 계정 사용, 다른 참여자의 정보를 허락 없이 모으거나 공개하는 행위, 서비스 운영 방해. 이런 계정은 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

8. 탈퇴

언제든 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다 — 개인정보처리방침의 ‘계정 삭제’ 참고.

9. 변경

서비스는 현재 상태로 제공되며 개선·변경될 수 있습니다. 약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 새 날짜와 함께 갱신합니다.

10. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.
